=4 m=1/1000×4=4/1000=0.004 km

Now,

1 hour =3600 seconds

1 sec=1/3600 h

Hence, Speed=4 m/sec

=0.004 km/1/3600 h

=0.004/3600

=4/1000×3600

=14.4 km/h
