as mentioned above, i am (your name). i am writing this letter to inform u that i am shifting my home and i want a transfer certificate. I feel very much disappointed in writing this letter but since my father got a promotion in his work we have to go to that place where he would be going to work. kindly i request u to give the t.c certificate
