FOLLOW STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED FOR WRITING THE ACTIVITY :-

(1) SELECTION OF ACTIVITY :-Define the title and write
it down as a purpose.

(2) INTRODUCTION OF THE ACTIVITY :- Write down the
need and requirement of the activity.

(3) FRAMEWORK / PLANNING OF THE ACTIVITY :-

Time required to complete the activity, written matrial,
equipment, stationary, necessary expenditure etc
should be noted clearly.

(4) PROCEDURE OF THE ACTIVITY :- write about information
during the completion , including collection of information,
preparation of tables, preparation of charts, drawing of
figures, taking pictures, interviewing, filling a question naire

(5) CONCLUSION AND INFERENCE OF THE ACTIVITY :- On the
basis of information recorded draw conclusion clearly.

(6) PERSONAL OPINION :- student should write about the
experience that the students has recorded.

(7) REFERENCE NOTE :- Note the reference material used for
completion of activities (eg- newspaper, books, research
material etc should be given in detail​
