Impact of technology on the poverty of India:

Poverty is not a function of technology which is neutral. It is a function of government policy. Since most poor people are put in back side to have a good college degree, which makes them lacking behind in the use of technology.

Factors affecting health and hygiene of people are:

Housing, financial security, employment, education and environment.

To prevent communicable disease:

Handle and prepare food safely, wash hands often, don't share items to those who are affected.

Government provides safety by providing all the financial help needed for the cure to any damage caused.
