One of the principles of Scientific management given by Taylor is "Harmony, not discord". Taylor emphasised on bringing a change rather a revolution in the thought process of both management and workers. He was of the view that management should be more concerned about the workers and employees and should share company's profits with everyone and workers on the other hand should work responsibly and by heart and should welcome the changes with sensible and open mind. Taylor viewed a company as a family rather a corporate body.
