Why does Natalya think the behaviour of Lomov to be strange?​

Natalya thought the behavior of Lomov 'strange' because she considered the Oxen Meadows as her own land and Lomov was presenting this land to Chubukov. She told him that they have considered him as a good neighbor but he has been thinking as if the chubukov's were gypsies.
