Scientists can grow new skin cells for burns victims, however it is not possible to grow replecament tissues or organs. Suggest why this is too complex.

Well I can't tell whole scientific explanation behind it but can tell You that it's cause Skin isn't a complex organ where as organs like heart brain liver etc are preety complex in nature and skin is on the outer layer of the body thus the procedure for "regrowing" is way easier than organs and it's also easier to test diff. methods of treatment on it.
