Scientists have succeeded in introducing toxin gene of Bacillus thuringiensis into plants like cotton. What purpose is achieved through this action?

Answer:

The cotton formed by this process is also called BT COTTON . If some insect tries to eat that plant then it die due to formation of some toxic substance inside their body
