Scientists say that all the continents are afloat on water and they are moving.So,if they are moving will all the continents become a massive single continents?

no bro... they all were previously joined together and formed a comman landmass named as PANGEA but with the passage of time they broke apart...

they all are floating by sitting on separate tectonic plates. Below those tectonic plates is the hot lava which gives those plates the energy to move...

There is a point that they all can once again join but for that it will again take millions and millions of years... so in short you can say that it is nearly not possible for them to rejoin again...
