scientists should be allowed to test new medical products on animals view for or against

I am against it. because we can't foretell that the chemicals used on the poor animals are harmful or harmless. it may be fatal too. if the scientists thinks that the test is more important then they must seek permission from the animal department of government. animals are not for humans cruelty. they are too living beings. and our duty is to protect them and keep them secure.
