- Scoliodon or shark belongs to the subclass Chondrichthyes of the Phylum Chordata and Superclass Pieces.
- But, Bombay duck belongs to Subclass Osteicthes of the Phylum Chordata and Superclass Pieces.
- Scoliodon has a cartilaginous skeleton that is devoid of any bony tissue. But,Bombay duck, just like other fishes have a bony skeleton.
