intial velocity (u)=0

finall velocity (v)=10m/s

v=u+at

10 =0 +a×10

a=1m/s^2

Given that,
U = 0
V = 36km/h or 10m/sec
T = 10sec
A = V-U/T
= 10 - 0 / 10
= 10/10 = 1m/sec^2
