Let's divide the motion of scooter in equal time intervals. So in the first 2 seconds it travels with 90m/s the next 2 seconds with 90m/s and the last 2 with 60m/s.
v1= 90m/s
v2= 90m/s
v3= 60m/s

Now avg. speed will be
(v1 + v2 + v3) \div 3
(90 + 90 + 60) \div 3
240 \div 3
=80m/s.

Hope this helps.

Solutions :-

Given :
First speed = 90 m/sec
Distance travel in 4 sec = (90 × 4) m = 360 m

Second speed = 60 m/sec
Distance travel in 2 sec = (60 × 2) m = 120 m

Total time taken = (4 + 2) sec = 6 sec

Find the average speed of scooter :-

Average speed = (Total Distance)/Time taken
= (360 + 120 )/6 m/sec
= 480/6 m/sec
= 80 m/sec

Hence,
The average speed of scooter = 80 m/sec.
