The poet is talking about the endangered species.  He has taken “tiger” from the East; White Bear from the North; Warbles from the West and Whales from the South.

 

You can make some students and tigers, white bears, warbles and whales.  They could dance for a “sad music”.  You could also play a “destruction music” for killing the animals.

A “peace music” could be played for a person to come and stop the killing.  All the animals are feeling happy and expressing their happiness. 

This should all occur in a dream of a person.  After waking from the dream, the person should have a puzzled expression as to when this killing will stop.
