Scuba Steve just finished a fantastic weekend of diving in Balicasag Island, Panglao. Scuba Steve spent all weekend diving on coral reefs and saw many interesting fish and invertebrates. After his weekend of diving he returned to his home in the city. The next morning, Scuba Steve didn’t feel very good. He was experiencing some aching pain in his elbows and shoulders. He was also experiencing some itching in his neck and arms. But, none of these symptoms were as terrible as his head ache so Scuba Steve decided to visit the doctor. The doctor diagnosed Scuba Steve with a case of the “bends.”
