Given :  Sean drank 5 milliliters of slushy each second and finished all the slushy after 50 seconds.

To find : the relationship between the amount of slushy left in the cup (in milliliters) and time (in seconds).

Solution :

Sean   drank 5 milliliters of slushy each second and finished all the slushy after 50 seconds.

=> Sean Drank  = 5 * 50  = 250 ml

=> in Starting Slushy in Cup  = 250 ml

Amount of slushy left  = 250  - 5(time Spent)

y = 250  - 5x

y = Amount of Slushy left

x = time Spent

 y = 250  - 5x
