IN A BIG COUNTRY LIKE INDIA ...BURSTING WITH POPULATION AND MAJORITY OF THEM ILLITERATE IT IS DIFFICULT TO EXPLAIN IMPORTANCE OF CLEANLINESS .

SECONDLY PEOPLE HAVE NARROW MINDSETS ..CELEBRATING 1 DAY DOES NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE ..
A SPIRIT ENTHUSIASM SETS IN FOR A FEW TIME BUT GRADUALLY DISAPEARS WITH TIME...
Mr. Narendra Modi is master in manipulating people. He has shifted the responsibility of cleanness to the public in a similar way. Now if we see some dirty places, we spontaneously blame local people.
But the fact is there are not even sufficient dustbin in India. Forgot about solid waste management system. There are piles of garbage at many places. These are not because of people's habits. It's the fault of system.
This clean India is a complete failure . Let me explain why…
Mostly urban people are inspired by it. Earlier they used to throw garbage in say classrooms, streets, parks. And say after this cleanness mission their habits changed. Now they throw it in dustbins. Does it made any difference?????
Nooooooo. Because they places are regularly cleaned. So it just eased the sweeper work. Nothing else.
2. Polybags are still used just like before.
3. Solid waste management system still having no clue.
4. Local Municipality stil as lazy as before.
Sorry but I don't think that Swatch Bharat mission is successful.
