The Given Equation are:-

 \\\sf{ 2y - x =0 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  -  -  -  - (1)}

 \sf{ 3x  + 4y =20 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  -  -  -  - (2)}\\\\

From Equation 1, We get

 \\\sf - x =  - 2y

 \sf ~~x =2y\\

\text{\bf On Substituting x=2y in Equation(2),we get}\\

\\ →\sf3(2y) + 4y = 20

→\sf6y + 4y = 20

→\sf10y = 20

→\sf \cancel{10}^{1} y = \cancel{ 20}^{2}

→\sf \: y = 2\\\\

Putting y= 2 in Equation (1), we get

 \\→\sf2 \times 2 - x = 0

→\sf - x = - 4

→\sf x =  4\\

  • Hence the Solution of the given equation is x=4 , y=2
