Season of must and mellow fruit fullness
Close bosom friend of the maturing sun,
Conspiring with him how to load and bless
With fruit the vines that round the thatch-eaves run;
To bend with apples the moss'd cottage trees,
And full all fruit with ripeness to the core.
To swell the gourd and plum the hazel shells
With a sweet kernel to set budding more
And still more, later flowers for the best

Name the fruit describe in the stanza.

Answer:

Cherry

Explanation:

Mellow fruitfulness gives us the hint of Cherry and Chocolate. Here as it is asked of fruit we can consider it as Cherry. If we keep it in mind and read further, last lines of the stanza are such that we can describe it to CHERRY.
