The Answer is option 4 - All the above

Seasons on Earth are caused due to the tilt of the Earth’s rotational axis at an angle of 23.5 degrees towards or away from the sun as it revolves around the sun.

The Earth tilts in a way that it leans towards the sun for 6 months and leans away from the sun for 6 months. Spring and fall are caused in between these tilts.

The North Pole always points in the same way as the Earth keeps revolving around the sun. When the Earth tilts in a way that the North Pole is towards the Sun, then it is Summer time in the Northern Hemisphere and winter time in Southern Hemisphere since the South Pole is away from the sun. Similarly, when the tilt is in the opposite direction, the South pole faces the sun and it is summer in the Southern hemisphere and winter in the Northern hemispehere.
