If we think about this clearly and deeply if on on hand goverment are providing seats for women in the local self-governemnt it is a huge step towards the development of womens but on the other hand if we see we will find though womens posses this right but then also they are prevented from using their rights and their rights ate violated. These steps taken by the government will only lead to success when women will be given freedom to use these rights and when they will be able to use these rights they will achieve a lot and will play a major role in development of India. This facility which is given to women is helping and encouraging a lot of womens to raise up and achieve success
