seats are reserved in the election bodies and the the executive heads of these institutions for the scheduled caste Scheduled Tribes and other backward classes. i am not able to understand this point​

There are 543 Parliamentary constituencies in India each electing one member.In Lok Sabha there is reservation of seats for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.For Scheduled Castes, 84 seats are reserved in Lok Sabha.
