(sec A - tan ) square = 1- sin A/ 1+ sin A

= sec square A + tan square A - 2 cosec square A × tan A

= 1/ cos square A + sin square A / cos square A

-2 sin A / cos square A

= 1+sin square A - 2 sin A / cos square A

= 1- sin A / 1+ sin A
