(i)LHS=(sec+cos)(sec-cos)=(sec^2-cos^2)
=(1+tan^2)-(1-sin^2)
=1+tan^2-1+sin^2
=tan^2+sin^2=RHS
(ii) I am unable to solve it.
I AM REALLY SORRY FOR THAT.
