(1/cos+sin/cos)^2
(1+sin/cos)^2
(1+sin)^2/(1-sin^2)
(1+sin)(1+sin)/(1+sin)(1-sin)
(1+sin)/(1-sin)
(1+1/cosec)/(1-1/cosec)
(1+cosec)/(1-cosec)
hence proved
