Let theta = x

secx=5^1/2

cos x=1/secx= 1/(5)^1/2 or (1/5).(5)^1/2

sinx= +/-(1-cos^2x)^1/2 = +/-(1–1/5)^1/2=+/-2/(5)^1/2 or +/-(2/5).(5)^1/2

tan x =+/-{2/(5)^1/2}/{1/(5)^1/2} = +/- 2 ,Answer.
