© means theta ^2 = square  Sec©+tan© =p  Add sec© - tan© on both sides (Sec©+tan©)(Sec©-tan©)= p×(Sec©-tan©) Sec^2- tan^2 = p×(Sec©-tan©)  1=p×(Sec©-tan©)  (Sec©-tan©) = 1/p
