Comparing with identity sec² theta - tan² theta = 1

sec²43 - tan²x = 1

we can say x = 43°

Comparing with sin²theta + cos²theta = 1

sin²50 + cos²x = 1

= x = 50°

Answer:

1. x=43 2.x=50

Step-by-step explanation:

the formula

1+tan²x=sec²x

on changing sides

sec²x+tan²x=1

another formula

sin²x+cos²x=1.

hence justifying my answer
