SOLVING LEFT HAND SIDE,

(sec^2a-1)(cosec^2a-1)

(tan^2a)(cot^2a)

( \frac{ \sin(a) }{ \cos(a) } )( \frac{ \cos(a) }{ \sin(a) } )

cutting, you get 1=right hand side

LHS=RHS

HENCE PROVED
