dear sir,

i am ......... the secretary of the cultural club of ...... school . we have organised a trip to tamil nadu by ur travel agency to the tea garden . when i along with my student reached the hotel i found that the rooms provided to us are of sub standard.

not only this the bed provided were full of bugs and no north indian  food was provided to us . i am very upset with ur job. my students got infection because of the bug bite . the parents of the students are also upset and therefore i request the presence to refund the money paid by the school.

hope you will refund the money as fast as possible other wise i had to make a complain against ur travel agency .
