To calculate the normality of the solution after mixing 2 solutions, we use the equation:

NV = N1V1 + N2V2/ V1 + V2

Where N1V1 are the normality and volume of the NaOH and N2V2 are the normality and volume of the KOH.

Substituting values in the equation-  

= 150 × N = n × M (100) + 1 × 1 (50) 150 × N

= 1 × 1 (100) + 50 N

= 150/150

= 1

Thus the normality of mixture is 1N.
