Read this paragraph:
On 26 Dec 2020, several parts of India witnessed Solar eclipse. This
phenomenon occur when the moon comes in between earth and sun , and all
the three are in a straight line. Moon blocks sunlight from reaching the
Earth. "Ring of fire" is visible only during annular solar eclipse, when moon
covers the centre of the Sun. Hence the outer edge of the Sun looks like a ring.
One should not view eclipse with the naked eye. Safe technique to view the
eclipse is by using proper filter like black polymer and welding glasses, or
through a pinhole camera.
