we paint objects made of iron because iron gets reacted easily with moisture .

to prevent iron from reacting with surrounded atmosphere, we paint it

nitrogen gas is filled in food packs containing fat because when the food comes in contact with oxygen, it becomes rancid. The taste and odour (smell) of food changes.so to prevent food from becoming rancid, nitrogen gas is filled. so that food do not come in contact with oxygen
