Hello Friend,
I wanted to let you know that our school is arranging an Educational Tour next month and for that there are some formalities which we have to complete. The teacher has told us to submit our passport size photo along with our ID Card photocopy and 2000 Rupees as fee for the tour. All of our friends in the group are going and I wanted you to join us for this this tour as it will be very interesting and memorable, we will learn a lot of things and also have together. I have also got to know that the tour will be of three days and we are going to travel by train and bus as well along with that we are going to stay in hostels with four-sharing bedrooms.
I am really looking forward to go on this educational trip all together and learn a lot of new things while making memories.
Do send me the passport size photo and ID card photocopy along with momey so that I will submit to the teacher on time on your behalve.
