Health is wealth - the thing necessary for good health,good food,regular habits proper balance between rest and work,cleanliness, exercises- what you do to keep you're health good
People hankers after wealth in this world.But a few fortunate persons can be come rich and bed a life of rose,comfort and luxury .But no doubt its true that true happiness doesn't lie in wealth. Because without sound health no rich man can enjoy his wealth
there for you should try our best to preserve our health.To preserve health good food,regular habits,proper balance between rest and work, cleanliness , exercises are very essential.
So,1 rise very earlier in the morning and take regular walk in the open field to keep my health .I also take regular, exercise in the morning and in the evening. I take regular bath everyday and keep myself clean.I take any meals at regular times .I drink milk regular which is perfect food for keeping good health.
In the evening also I walk into the open fields in front for sometimes. I do not spent any time night without sleep.Everyday I go to bed at 10 p.m. I strictly follow the maximum

Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy ,wealthy and wise
