PROOF: In triangle ABD and triangle ACD.

we have. AB=AC( Equal sides)

AD=AD(common)

BD=CD(altitude if isosceles∆ bisects

the base)

Therefore∆ABD is congruent to ∆ACD.

BY CPCT ANGLE ABC =ANGLE ACB
