here, (a) Nucleon is the sum of protons and neutrons present in nucleus.

so, Nucleon number of Y = 13 Protons + 14 Neutrons

                                          = 27 Nucleon

(b) It is in the attachment.

Its electronic configuration = 1s² 2s² 2p⁶ 3s² 3p¹  or  2, 8, 3

(c) We know that number of protons = Atomic number of an atom

so, Atomic number = 13 it is a Aluminium

∴  Al         O

   +3        -2         this is the valency of both.

by criss cross method the oxide Aluminium is Al₂O₃.
