Subject :- Regarding the use of loudspeakers after 10 p.m. I would like to draw your kind attention on the fact that board examination are going on. So this is the peak time for the students to make great preparations for their examinations to get good marks. But we see that people play on loud speakers on every occasion for a long time till late hours in the night. This creates a lot of disturbance in the studies of the students. They are unable to concentrate their mind on their lessons because of the noisy atmosphere everywhere.
Sometimes the sound of the speakers is too loud that it seems it will tear the curtains of our ear and make us deaf. The loud sound of speakers make unable to small children to take proper sleep in the night. It makes them awake at an uncertain time.
The patients who are taking rest are unable to sleep and take proper rest. In other words every person of our society is affected by these loud speakers.
Hence, I request you to put ban on the use of loud speakers after 10 p.m. on seeing the inconveniences of students, children, parents and patients so that they may perform their duties properly .

I am anupam living in rose colony of pune I am facing problems due to the loud speaker in our colony. The naughty boys of our street play them very loud many people are getting disturbed by this.
There are many old aged people living in our colony most of them are suffering from many diseases .The can not sleep peacefully. There are also students living in our colony including me. We are not able to study at night,or exams are approching. They start at 10 pm and carry on till midnight .
We have already warned them I request u to take action on it.
