- In the given sentence, we are talking about the season which is monsoon. The sentence tells us that this year also, Monsoon failed to bloom at it's fullest, and the rain was much less than it was actually needed. That is why, country is suffering from terrible conditions. Now, for the punctuation, as it is compound sentence, no specific punctuation except a full stop is needed.

(ii) I wasn't just annoyed, I was absolutely furious.
