- In the given sentence, we are talking about the season which is monsoon. The sentence tells us that this year also, Monsoon failed to bloom at it's fullest, and the rain was much less than it was actually needed. That is why, country is suffering from terrible conditions. Now, for the punctuation, as it is compound sentence, no specific punctuation except a full stop is needed.
(ii) I wasn't just annoyed, I was absolutely furious.
- In the given sentence, we came across a person who is not only furious, but annoyed as well. We have used the punctuation comma as there is a stop after annoyed.
(iii) Sumit said, "where are you going?"
- In the given sentence, a person named Sumit asked to someone that where he was going. As it is in Direct Speech, we have applied the punctuation commas as well as inverted commas, along with a question mark at right places.
