SARASWATI PUJA CELEBRATION

Saraswati Puja was celebrated with great fervour on 1st February, 2021 at Delhi Public School, Durgapur. All the teachers and students gathered at the school premises to celebrate the day. Puja was offered to the Goddess of Learning by Head Boy and Head Girl of the school, followed by a cultural celebration. A beautiful rendition from students transcended the ambience. It was an attempt to preserve the Indian culture, to impart a sense of respect towards long established traditions.

The celebration came to a close with distribution of ‘Prasada’. Gaiety and piety went hand in hand to live an indelible impression in the mind of all those who witnessed the programme.
