Answer:

.Carbon dioxide is a compound. Its molecules consist of one carbon atom joined to two oxygen atoms. In the atmosphere, carbon dioxide is a greenhouse gas. We use carbon dioxide to make drinks fizzy and keep foods fresh.

.Milk contains protein, water, fat when this product come together it becomes milk... hence it is a Mixture

.Alum increases the rate of sedimentation because, alum being an external agent causes the particles present in the container to colloid together and form heavier particles, as heavier particles sink in water these particles settle down therefore, increasing the speed of sedimentation

.Filtration is the method used for separating the liquid components from the solid components. Sieving is the used for separating large particles from solid components. In order to separate tea leaves from the tea as tea leaves are a solid component and tea is a liquid component, the filtration is used

.Atomicity refers to Total number of atom present in a one molecule of an element. Valency refers to the no. of electrons present in an outermost shell of an element. ... = According to electronic configuration of Na(sodium), the valency is 1 because it have 1 electron in an outermost shell.
