Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I, Aruna, visited Sayaji water park on the 5th of March,2020. We were a group of ten and came to know about the water park through a newspaper advertisement. Though it was advertised as a state of the art water park with great rides, I regret to inform you that we were sorely disappointed.
There was not enough personnel to manage the park and the rides were extremely dirty. A few of friends could also spot moss growing in certain areas. I request you to hire more staff and a cleaning crew for the same.
