Maharashtra government has enforced 10-day complete lockdown in
Thane, Mira-Bhayandar and Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation which
comes under (MMR) Murbai Metropolitan Region. The authonties have
jointly decided to enforce complete lockdown for the next 10 days to prevent
the spread of Corona virus cases in those regions. However, essential
services and medical emergencies have been exempted from strict
lockdown. Intercity buses, autonckshaws and taxis will not be allowed to
operate in these civic limits,​
