When there are no laws or rules based on or influenced by religious and similarly irrational beliefs.There are laws and rules protecting people from being harmed by behavior caused by religious and similarly irrational beliefs. These rules are enforced.

1.) All religion are equal in eyes of law in India .

2.) A secular state is one of that doesn't establish anyone religion as official religion .



Opponents argue that India's acceptance of Sharia and religious laws violates the principle of equal human rights, discriminates against Muslim women, allows unelected religious personalities to interpret religious laws, and creates plurality of unequal citizenship; they suggest India should move towards separating religion and state.

As is defined as one of the salient features of the Indian constitution, the people of the country are allowed to preach, profess and practice the religion of their choice.

As is evident, there should not be any communal problems that should come as a hurdle in realizing the national goals.

Also, nobody in the country has the right to intrude into any other’s religion.

So in India if we have a secular government, then it will be good.
