SECULARISM MEANS PEOPLE'S PARTICIPATION IN GOVERNMENT
.CONSTITUTION SAYS THAT WITHOUT PEOPLE'S PARTICIPANTS GOVERNMENT CAN'T RUN OR FORM
. THEN EVERY DECISION MADE BY GOVERNMENT NEEDS PEOPLE'S PARTICIPANTS
. WITHOUT PEOPLE'S PARTICIPANTS NOTHING WILL HAPE IN DEMOCRACY
. IF THERE IS NO PEOPLE'S PARTICIPANTS IT WILL NOT BE AS DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT
Secularism is the religious standing of a country, when a country is secular then that means it does not conform to any religion.
Secularism is not an ideology, it is set by the state, political parties may have their own ideologies but they do not determine whether a country is going to be secular or not.
An example of a political party ideology is capitalism. like the republican of the united states.
