Heya mate here's your answer
let the radii be 4x and 5x
area of 1st circle = 22/7 × 4x × 4x
area of 2nd circle = 22/7 × 5x × 5x
hence ratio = 4×4/5×5=16/25=16:25
hope this helps you

The ratio s of two radii of different circles are 4:5
let their radius are 4x and 5x
then their areas are π . 4x . 4x and π . 5x .5x
they're π 16 x^2 & π25x^2
the ratios are (π 16 x^2) / (π25x^2)
= 16 / 25
