Hey mate,.

f(X)=x²+2x+1/x²-8x+12

= (x + 1)² / x×(x - 2) - 6×(x - 2)

= (x + 1)² / (x - 2)×(x - 6)

In real numbers, denominator can't be zero.

Then,

(x - 2)×(x - 6) ≠ 0

∴ x ≠ 2 and x ≠ 6

Hope it will help you

Answer:

x ≠ 2 and x ≠ 6

Step-by-step explanation:

f(x)=x²+2x+1/x²-8x+12

= (x + 1)² / x×(x - 2) - 6×(x - 2)

= (x + 1)² / (x - 2)×(x - 6)

In real numbers, denominator can't be zero.

Then,

(x - 2)×(x - 6) ≠ 0
