We know that

1 raised to any power is 1

Weather it being infinty or negative infinity

hence the above equation get changed to

5x {}^{25}  - 3 {x}^{32}  + 2 {x}^{ - 12}  \\ 5(  \times {1}^{25})   -  3  (\times {x}^{32} ) + 2 ( \times {1}^{ - 12} ) \\ 5 - 3 + 2 \\   \huge{ = 4}
