frm eqn 1 ,, p+q = -b/a = -4

pq= c/a =-3

sum of roots of 2nd eqn = 1+p/q+1+q/p = 2+ p/q+q/p

p/q+q/p = p²+q²/pq = (p+q)²-2pq/pq =-22/3

sum of roots = 2-22/3 = -16/3

product of roots = 2+p/q+q/p = -16/3

quadratic = 3x²-16x-16
