 \sqrt{5}  +  \sqrt{3}  \div  \sqrt{5}  -  \sqrt{3}  = a +  \sqrt{15} b
On rationalisation we get

( \sqrt{5}  +  \sqrt{3} ) {}^{2}  \div  ( \sqrt{5} ) {}^{2}  - ( \sqrt{3} ) {}^{2}

5 + 3 +  2\sqrt{15}  \div 5 - 3

8 + 2 \sqrt{15}  \div 2

4 +  \sqrt{15}

On relating above answer with RHS

4 +  \sqrt{15}  = a +  \sqrt{15} b
We can say

a = 4 and b = 1
